Who has never wanted to throw a high performance sports car round a race track at the highest speeds possible? Who has never dreamed of racing at speeds of over 300 kph in a dream car, knowing that danger is every corner, but knowing also that there is nothing sp exhilerating as the power of speed?

Romain Brandela is a professional racing driver and it is his job to race lamboughinis. Passionate about motor racing for as long as he can remember, Romain is also passionate about high quality sports watches, too, which is why Alpina is priviliged to partner him in his race for victory.

ALPINA CONTINUES AS OFFICIAL TIMEKEEPER FOR THE "12 HOURS OF SEBRING" ENDURANCE RACE

There are 2 or 3 races in the American motor racing calendar that are, without doubt, some of the most important races not just in the States, but anywhere. The famous trinity are the Indy 500, Daytona and the daddy of them all, the 12 Hours of Sebring. The Sebring endurance race is the oldest race in the US and has welcomed teams and racers known across generations and continents.

Alpina is delighted to be able to continue to be the Official Timekeeper for the race and we are proud to offer the limited edition “12 Hours of Sebring” series of watches.

OBJECTIVE: LE MANS
Building on from our experience with the Le Mans series of endurance motor races in the US, (we are the official timekeepers for the "12 Hours of Sebring" sports car race), we have teamed up with the new team on the block, RLR Msport, who are planning to tear up the track in 2011 in the European series of Le Mans races - with the overall goal of winning the BIg One - Le Mans 24 Hour Race - at the end of the season.
